Batter Cooling Unit

The VF Batter Cooling Unit has been designed with the aim of bringing freshly cooked produce down to ambient temperature. The idea behind this is to reduce batter shrinkage which has become a common problem in many fast-food outlets. Helpful for speeding up the preparation process, the Batter Cooling Unit ensures a constant flow of product during busy periods. The unit comes with a perforated front blind and perforated shelving throughout.      

Tiered Cooling System

Racking allows for space between trays and allows air to flow through product freely.  

Removable Perforated Trays for Cleaning

Perforation allows excess batter to fall to bottom tray, and all trays are removable for cleaning.

Roller Blind to Protect Food

Blind is easily accessible and is held in position by bottom fixing. Also aids with the cooling process.

Mobile Unit

The VF BCU is a mobile unit which means it can be easily moved around your fast-food outlet.
